Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Notipo service operated by Notipo ("we", "us", "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Notipo is a service that syncs blog posts from your Notion database to your WordPress site. This includes converting Notion content to WordPress blocks, processing and uploading images, generating featured images, and managing post metadata such as categories, tags, and SEO fields.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your Notipo password, Notion tokens, and WordPress application passwords. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Notipo to:

• Publish content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content through synced posts.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
• Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you sync through Notipo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your blog posts, images, or other content. We access your content solely to provide the syncing service.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Notipo offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Key billing terms:

• Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
• If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free plan after a grace period.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Notipo service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party APIs (Notion, WordPress) that are outside our control. We are not responsible for sync failures caused by downtime or changes to these external services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notipo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
